Opening Seattle Koshari has been more than a business—it’s been our way of staying close to our daughter, building something we love, and sharing the flavors of home with our new community. Every dish is crafted using the authentic, time-honored recipes of my grandmother, ensuring that while the meat is gone, the soul of the dish remains.
